CHAPTER 5

I looked at x with pride and satisfaction. He was covered in blood and could hardly breathe. He gave me a quick smile and thumbs up. Plan A is completed now the only thing left is to kill that metal girl. Now obviously she saw my fighting style. She will definitely be on her guard. The problem is my tricks and tactics won’t work on her. I need to use my strength and experience to take her down. Killing her will be my revenge and after that I could rest in peace. I don’t plan to die by killing her either.

X looked at me and pointed his hand. He started using the x code. I quickly deciphered it; he said that he actually made a special acid which can burn her metal. He said he distracts her where as I need to burn her. He said he had another acid which he adds after I burn her. It seems the acid breaks the burned metal. We first tire her and then kill her.

The plan was simple. We attack in combos and burn her. When I was watching anime x actually studied our opponent weakness. X is smart and reliable. This will probably the last time I work with him. I drew out my katana. x quickly teleported beside me. He handed over the acid without metal girl seeing it.

The fight started. X started moving at high speed and I backed him up. He took his blade and scratched her. She turned her hand into metal and held the blade I jumped up right beside him and slashed her. She held my blade with the other hand. X took advantage of the situation and held his legs between her head and rolled making her fall down. I shot a dagger at her making sure not to hurt x.

The dagger was actually a distraction I went when she was trying to dodge my dagger I slit her throat. She had enough time to cover her throat with metal. When she was at it x shot her at different places. She dodged all of them by turning her whole body to metal. I jumped again making my katana pierce her head. My blade went a little deep when she turned her head into metal.

She was aware that she was at a disadvantage. She rolled back. She concentrated tiny bits of metal and shot towards us. X managed to not to get hurt but I was severely injured. I deflected some pieces of metal by swinging my katana over my body. But some tiny pieces managed cut me through my body. THAT was a problem. My regeneration can only work best at a certain point but the damage was all over my body. If I choose to heal my complete body my chest will bleed. There was nothing else for me to do except to damage her.

X looked at me with a worried face I nodded at him indicating that I’m ok. We started fighting again and again.
